Return Policy
You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Kelly's Magnolia Tree reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. Should you need to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of the date on your receipt. You may return items purchased at regular price only. We encourage exchanges and will issue a store credit. Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached. Shipping fees are non-refundable and return postage is your responsibility. To return items call us at (863)773-9684 for a return authorization number. Write this number on the front of the package. Packages without an RA number will be denied by our office and returned unopened. Orders originally shipped with complimentary shipping will have regular shipping charges deducted from the return credit. Holiday themed items must be received before the holiday has arrived. We can not accept these items after the holiday and they will be returned to sender.
